The parts came on time and well past my expectations. The customer service rep worked with me past open hours through the parts replacement and took my calls promptly . This thing is solid, based on the materials and the welds, I don't think this thing is going to break ever. not for the use case. I have been using it for the last year and a half now and have two. One I used the tbar attachment, and the other I went straight into the car floor. I now prefer buying two t-mounts (yes two) method. but the one in the floor is arguable just as good if the car allows it. very simple device in function after you understand how it works. comes with replacement parts, but not screws, so do not lose any from the kit or you could be screwed.

I've had no problem getting comfortable with the controls. I have gotten about 300 miles with mine as of this week.

In the video, which was taken in a parking lot at dusk with businesses closed, you can see that I have a good handle everything.

From a mom, the piece of mind was worth every penny. I am a former carrier and my child is a rural carrier in a converted CRV. She had a floppy contraption to turn her blinkers on. I drove it a few times to get oil changed and could not figure out her contraption. I bought her this item and after installed she called me and said she “Loved it!”. Much easier and safer to use. Install was easy and the best part is that it didn’t destroy the ability to drive from the left side!
Steering stick takes a little getting used to but after about a day of delivering mail, it’s a lot easier and saves our shoulders!

Easy to install. Works as advertised

I am not mechanically inclined at all and could not find anyone to install the Postal Carrier Brake and Gas pedals. My sister and her daughters put it in. The directions were good. It took about 2 hours. The only problem we had was the short screws weren't long enough and the long screws were way too long. It would have been nice to have screws between them in length. The device itself works well.

I have been using the controls for over two years now and everything is working perfectly. Very convenient to use and move to a different vehicle. I recommend these products to all the mail carriers that are in my area and recommend them to anyone that needs a righthand drive vehicle. Great costumer service also. Thank you for making this great product for anyone to use.
