Your cable should not be 'snapping' within a months time. All cables are factory tested and inspected prior to shipping. We look for any physical defects and load test each cable. Early cable failure is almost always the result of misalignment of the PulleyMount and QuickConnect.
Look for the 'Thank you' card in your kit. You will find our technical support email and phone number. Text us photos of your installation to that number (your vehicles brake and gas pedal on the left side) so we can see what is going on and help you fix the problem. The cable will fail again if the alighment issue isn't resolved. If you can't find the card, our number is (708) 683-7618.
Although we go to great lengths to ensure product safety, we always recommend customers check their cables monthly and replace them annually. We include extra cables in the box for annual replacement. And, if there are any questions or concerns, you can always call us directly.
