I have been using the steering stick for a week now and what a engineering marvel this stick is.Best device since sliced bread.
First class engineering on the equipment was evident right off the bat. The only issue I had was Trying to drill holes in the floor that was cramped with the gas and brake pedal in the way. Otherwise install went perfectly. Thanks guys
Absolutely would recommend this, had it hooked up and ready to go within the hour.
Works great 👍
Very easy to put on and seems to hold in place very well. Very pleased so far
The installation process was outlined very well in the provided manual. I used that along with several YouTube videos to decide the best installation approach for my vehicle. The process did take some time with little space to work around the pedals and without being too destructive on my vehicle.
My one designer improvement request would be to manufacture the pedals to be less stiff. I knew this going into the order process from a peer who gave me a heads up. The stiffness may or may not be for safety. Not 100% sure.
However, if given the option to purchase or choose a competitor, I would choose this brand again due to the positive reviews of customer service.
The past 2 weeks have been a wonderful relief delivering mail since my vehicle had no way of sitting middle or straddling because of a high center console. Within the last 2 weeks, I have been able to shave off 30 minutes to 1 hour on my route time from delivering mail from the left side of my car, parking, reaching over the passenger seat and hanging out the window, sitting, then driving to the next stop and repeat.
Pictures included of where I installed into my Toyota Avalon.
Very simple instructions and great customer service, couldn't ask for anything better! Thanks
I bought the right hand drive brakes for my car since I was starting at the post office I only had them installed for a couple weeks but they are working great my mechanic say they are easy to install they came with extra wires in case I decided i didn’t need them they can easily be removed and replaced in another vehicle I’m looking forward to trying the driving stick as well
I gave this to my son as a gift. He is just starting to use it. He likes it so far. I am also going to use one. Just ordered it. Looking forward to getting it.
I drove from the middle for a year. My SO bought me the SafeDrive pedal kit for Christmas (I asked for this one as it comes with the extra cables) and I bought the steering stick and the signal stick. BEST INVESTMENT EVER! I also had to buy the t-mount, no biggie, and I installed everything myself as a 53yo female. I did have to adjust things a bit (had to cut both sides of the t-mount bars as my seat bolts were much narrower than the mount allowed, and I had to use the alternate gas pedal bracket that was included and ended up anchoring both the gas and brake pedal cable anchors to it, and I also bought some longer bolts for the brake pedal arm as mine is super thick tapered plastic rather than just a thin metal arm), but it was all super logical and no problem to adjust as needed. Lots of extra parts are included for exactly these situations. I love the end result! Everything works great, I can even turn the brights on and off with the signal stick. The steering stick takes a little practice but is AWESOME! My Jeep SUV converts almost instantly back to lhd for everyday use. Installed everything on Jan 1, 2024, and I've driven several routes now with this setup (Jan 19), including several days in this snow we've gotten lately. I'm so happy with how it all worked out!
